Monday 2/24 
  CF: swod:: frt sqt, sets of 5; 65, 85, 105
         wod: Row 100m anything over = 5 x air sqts. 5 rounds: 95 air sqts total
                  5 rounds: 3 min amrap, 1 min rest (only full rounds counted): 3 rds/rd = 15 rounds total
                     5 20# slam ball
                     6 20# over head walking lunge
                     7 sit up
Tuesday 2/25
  Swim: wu: 3 x 100 free, 50 drill, 50 kick. 4x50 free.
              wo: 500m for time: 12:26 slow.  not where i was last year but at peace with it.
Wednesday 2/26
  Bike: computrainer class
  Run: 10 wu with stretches.
           2x 10 min run (tms 6.5 w/ 3.5 walk between 2 min) BEAT! This was really hard, I had nothing
Thursday 2/27
  CF: row 100m anything over = 1 pistol. 5 rounds = 11 pistols (i did 12 to keep balance)
         1000M row at 24spm
         1 min rest
         1 min mr pullup = 10
         1 min rest
         1 min mr burpee = 18
         1 min rest
         row 1000M at 22 spm
  Yoga class
Friday 2/28
  Run: 10 wu with stretches, 20 mins run (tms 6.5) tired and hard.
  Exhausted! BEAT/NO energy! Finished antibiotics - hope to see some improvement in energy.
  Saturday 3/1
  Bike: 90 mins (25.5 miles)
  CF: 40 min team wod (65 each: burpee, 20" box jump, 14# wall ball & held 40# when not working)
