 Front squat (65%•75%•85% 1 rm)
  3 @ 100#
  3 @ 115#
  3 @ 135#

Row 650 meters
 Then 5 rounds for time:
  6 ring dips
  7 pull ups
  8 pistols (4l/4r)
13:08 rx

Ring dips were good depth. Using band last few times have helped me with depth - it paid off.
