CFE WOD 11:45am swim (lesson with Alice):
Warmup with 100m (mixed free and back strokes). Then 8 25m free with 10 seconds rest. Continued with 8 25m free with leg floaty (aka...pull bouy). Finished with 100m free (no rest).
